DISPUTE OVER "HOME'COAL" (P.A.) WESTPORT, Jan. 11. The Westport Coal Company's Millertou mine was idile to-day.. The men at the mine mouth, and without disclosing the reason for their action, left for their homes. . It is surmised that the trouble is over " home coal," which the miners obtain for their homes. The Coal Council decided that they should be allotted coal from two sections, reserving to the company for marketing purposes, the better coal in the third section.
