—♦— FIRST RAGES OF SEASON The first rowing races of the season were held on t'tie North End Club's course on Saturuay alternoou, when tne club ollicially opened its season. 'Hie races were well contested, and iprovided close finishes. Conditions on tne water were perfect, and the 12 races were rowed otf up to time.
