GERMAN FOREIGN OFFICE MOVES
(Rec. 8 a.m.) LONDON, Dec. 1. According to the Berne correspondent of the Stockholm paper ' Svenska Dagbladet,' the German Foreign Office is preparing to evacuate to Breslau. The building was badly damaged in last week's raids on Berlin.
