WHOLE OF PARIS MINED
LONDON, Nov. 27. The Germans have mined the whole of Pans, and if they ever have to evacuate the city and carry out a wrecking plan not much of it will remain, according to a French expert who has arrived at Berne. He_ added that thousands of tons of dynamite had been placed throughout Paris, and all roads and bridges leading to the coast were mined.
