McGLASHAN COLLEGE

The monthly meeting of the John M'Glashan College Board of Governors was held on Thursday evening, when the chairman (Mr T. C. Ross) presided. The chairman welcomed as a now member of the board Mr R. S. Gilkison, the president of the Old Collegians' Association. The head master. Mr T. S. Holme, reported that the roll had dropped slightly, but several enrolments had been made for next year. The primary school inspectors had just visited the school, and had appeared very pleased with the work being done and especially with the infant room equipment. The college sports had been held a few days previously, and the board congratulated those boys who had broken records. Arrangements were in hand for college Sunday, which was to be observed at First Church.
