TIMELY SUCCOUR
RED GROSS SUPPLIES REAGH SINGAPORE (Rec. noon.) RUGBY, Oct. 6. A Singapore report states that Red Cross supplies, including 14,0001 bof tinned food, 24,000 tons of maize, 19,0001 b of fish, I,ooolb of tea, shoes, and clothing have reached there. The supplies have been distributed to Allied prisoners of war and civilians in detention camps.
