MOROCCAN STATE BANK DIRECTORS (Rec. 10 a.m.) RUGBY, August 19. Two directors of the State Bank of Morocco have been arrested under an order of tho French Committee of National Liberation. They are Messieurs Bapst and de Soubry, and they are charged with trading with the. enemy, says "a correspondent at Allied headquarters in North Africa. They are now in prison at Rabat. Their arrest followed an inquiry concerning the export by the State Bank of about 700 kilograms ni go'.d. The nllo-ration is that it was exported in February to Vichy for Germany.
