MEETING OF CREDITORS
A meeting of creditors in the estate of. the Tuapeka Times Newspaper Company Ltd. was held this morning before the'Official Assignee (Mr E. A. Reynolds)." The liabilities-were stated.at £443 18s 3d, the principal creditors being the trustees of the estate of J. K. Simpson, deceased, £205 12s 3d: Williamson, Jeffery Ltd., £95 9s 3d; E. S. Mong, £B3 4s. The assets were stated at £247 2s 2d. The matter of the disposal of the assets was left in the hands of the Official Assignee; and the meeting was adjourned sine die.
