His own appeal on grounds of conscientious objection was dismissed, with a recommendation that he should serve in a non-combatant unit. The following appeal was dismissed: —Mrs R. Munro for A. B. Williams. The appeal of McCallum and Co. Ltd. for L. Smith, tailer-out, was dismissed, appellant not to be called up before July 31. TO-DAY'S CASES. The No. 2 Board continued its sitting to-day.
