Orr,. piecart attendant, was adjourned siuo die, appellant to serve with the E.P.S. The appeal of the Love Construction Co. Ltd. for R. E. Lawrence, electrical wireman, was adjourned sine die. His own appeal on grounds of conscientious objection was dismissed, with a recommendation that he should serve in a non-combatant unit. The following appeal was dismissed: —Mrs R. Munro for A. B. Williams. The appeal of McCallum and Co. Ltd. for L. Smith, tailer-out, was dismissed, appellant not to be called up before July 31. TO-DAY'S CASES. The No. 2 Board continued its sitting to-day.
