RAZIS SUSPEND SAFE CONDUCT
RIO DE JANEIRO, March 5.
It is reliably reported that Germany has suspended the safe conduct for Swedish vessels. Informed circles are of the opinion that the action marks the opening of a submarine campaign against neutral shipping in the Atlantic.
