COMING ALLIED BLOWS MR CHURGHILL'S CONFUSION TACTICS NEW YORK, February 8. _ The ' New York Times ' in an editorial recalls that every flight abroad by Mr Churchill has resulted in a sudden and unexpected attack against the enemy. Therefore the Casablanca and Turkish meetings are causing " jitters " and confusion in Germany. " There is no doubt," the 'New York Times ' adds, " that this confusion is exactly what Mr Churchill set out to achieve. The Axis reaction to his vigorous hints of coming blows should gratify not only his political' judgment, but also his eense of humour."
