AFRIKA CORPS M&VEMENTS (Roe. 11.5 a.m.) LONDON, Oct. 23. The Vichy radio announced that M. Boisson, after a tour of inspection of tlie French Sudan, returned to Dakar. He paid tribute to tbo, defence measures taken at Dakar. Admiral Darlan visited the battleship Richelieu and other warships in the harbour at Dakar.
