Otago Club.—A St. Andrew’s Cross stroke competition was played, on Saturday.’ The winner was A. Gill, 798 —71. followed by. S. J. Macdonald, 79 —7—72. St. Clair Club. —The following were the best cards returned in the monthly stroke handicap, which was played on the St, Glair links on Saturday:—A grade: P. G. Coxhead 82—7—75, E. F. Mosley 86-11 75, A. G. Bayliss 91-12—79, J. A.''Templeton 93-15-80, J. It. Fauils 93—12—81. B grade: G. Burgess 90—14—76, G. M. Burn 100-24—76, A. L. Wood 101-24-77, H. W. Wilson 96 —18 —78. Belleknowes Ladies’ Club.—The L.G.U. match played on Saturday was won by Miss Rothwell. Miss D; Hindle and Hiss Taylor tied for second place, Miss Hind’o winning on the count back. , Trophies - were won by Miss McKinnon (sealed hole) and Miss Strong (putting). Mrs Cluiee’s tropny was won by Miss Corbett. A medal ma-cli will be played to-morrow. Chisholm Park Ciub.—A medal round will be played by the women’s mid-week section on Tuesday at 12.30 p.m. on. the Ocean Beach links. The official opening will take place on March 31. St. Clair- Ladies’ Club.—A Hag natch will be played to-morrow. The draw fo? partners wifi be made at the clubhouse.
