SINGLES CHAMPIONSHIP The following is the draw for the annual champion of cliaiupions competition of the Dune-din Bowling Centre, to be played on Saturday, the first round commencing at 9 a.m.:— St. Kilda Green. R. A. Johnston (Opoho) v. VV. W. Calender (Otago), A. S. McDougall (Caversham) v. W. Easton (Duncdin), W. Morrison (Mornington) v. A. French (West Harbour), A. G. Robertson (Kaituna) v. D. Vaughaiv (North-east Valley), E. Currie (Taieri) v. T. Ferguson (Balmecewen), North-east Valley Green.—R. Leftwich (Port Chalmers) a bye, J. Stoddart (Kaikorai) v. J. J. HinchclifE (St. Kilda), P. Bell (Anderson's Bay) v. H. S. Bolt (Portobello), T. Uibapn (Lugan Park) v. C. E. Tyrrell (Roslyn), G. Barclay (Fairfield) v. J. Smith (Caledonian), E. C. Willis (St. Clair) v. R. C. Wright (Brighton). The competition will, as usual, be conducted on the " two-life " system, the ouri vivors from Saturday's rounds concluding the competition on the Caledonian green on Monday, March 9. SATURDAY'S MATCHES. The Dunedin Centre advises that the final match in the Saturday competition set down for March 14 will not be played, but that dale will be set aside as " Club DBy '' instead of-Saturday, April 11, as originally arranged.
