AUSTRALIA AND NETHERLANDS MELBOURNE, February 1. An exchange of diplomatic representatives "with the Netherlands _is_ announced to-day by the Federal Minister of External Affairs, Dr H. V. Evat't, who said that Mr Stanley Bruce, Australian High Commissioner in Britain, would be the Australian representative to the Royal Dutch Court, Loudon. Lieutenant-colonel Eugene Gorman. K.C.. who is Commissioner of the Comforts Fund in the Middle East, will be the new Consul-General to the .Netherlands Fast Indies, while Baron
F. C. Van Acrsscn. at present Dutch' Minister to Iran, will be the first! Netherlands Minister-to-Australia.
