POLISH-GZEGHO-SLOVAK AGREEMENT LONDON, January 24. The Polish and Czecho-Slovakian: Governments in Britain have signed a 14-point agreement in regard to the future confederation of Poland and C'zecho-Slovakia in execution of the joint declaration of November 11, 1940. The agreement states that both Governments desire that the confederation should embrace other States of the European area with which the vital interests of Poland and Czecho-Slovakia ■are linked. The purpose of the confederation is to assure a common policy in regard to foreign affairs, defence, economic and, financial matters, social questions, transport, and posts and telegraphs.
