CUSTOMS FIGURES

OTHER CENTRES AUCKLAND, All the revenue items for the month of November show an increase when compared with tho same month of last year. The increase in Customs revenue was £18,301, in the excise on beer £899, in tho sales tax £3,891, and in the war expenses account £15,511. The Customs revenue for tho 11month period, however, was £271,376 lower than for the same period last year. Tho other items all show increases over the year to' date against the first 11 months of last year. The detailed figures are as follows • —Month of November. —

WELLINGTON. Customs revenue shows an increase of £27,116, compared with November, 1940, and sales tax is slightly higher. The other items declined. The detailed figures are as follows : —Month of November.—
