TAIERI AGRICULTURAL SOCIETY

Mr J. S. Elackio presided over some 20 members of the Committee of Management of the Taieri Agricultural Society, held in the society’s hall at Outram. A letter was received from the Otago Kennel Club stating that arrangements were in hand to hold a ribbon parade in conjunction with the show. A notification was received from the National Council of Primary Production, Dunedin District Council, of the shearing classes to be held at Roxburgh from October 28. Mr R. Cameron (a member of committee now in the Middle East) conveyed his good wishes in a letter for a successful show.
