SOUTH DUNEDIN SING
To-day was “country day” gt the South Dunedin community sing, tp give country listeners an opportunity of sending in contributions to a fund from which will he purchased Christmas parcels for soldiers, and the proceeds totalled £lB. There was a good attendance, and many gifts of flowers were received. Items were given by Miss Ethel Wallace (violin solos), accompanied by Miss Sybil Baker, and Mr Archie Jones. Donations are still being received from country listeners.
