NOTICE OP CONFIRMATION OF SPECIAL ORDER AUTHORISING THE TAKING OVER OF AN AREA OF LAND AS PART OF DAVID STREET. PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Dunedin City Council, at a Special Meeting convened for tho purpose and held on Monday, the 9th day of June, 1941, passed the following Resolution—viz.;— That in exorcise of the authority contained in Section 193 of “ Tho Municipal Corporations Act, 1933,” tho Council of the City of Dunedin hereby resolves, so that this resolution may bo confirmed at a subsequent meeting of tho Council and operate as a Special Order, that that Parcel of Land, containing 5.61 perches (more or toss), situated in the City of Dunedin, Township of Caldorvillo, being Part Lot 62, Deeds Plan 92. bounded towards the south-west by David street, 79.6 links, on a bearing of 116 deg 53miu, and 33 links on a bearing of 149 deg 34min 15sec, towards the north-west by Part Lot 63 on the said Plan, 35.47 links on a bearing of 59deg 34min Issec towards the northeast, by Part said Lot 62, 103.88 links on a bearing of 123 deg 51min, and towards the south-east by Part Lot CO, on tho said Plan, and by David street, 20,6 links on a bearing of 239 deg 34min 15sec, and - being part of the land comprised in Certificate of Title Register Book, volume 280, folio 160, as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan deposited in the Office of the Town Clerk, Dunedin, be and the same is hereby declared to be a part of tho public street in the City of Dunedin, known as David street.
