Jl that, tho Dunedin C-P' Uouneil, at a' Special Meeting convened ior the purpose and held on Monday, tlie 9th day of Juno, 1941, passed the following Resolution—viz.: That in exercise of the authority contained in Section 189 of “ The Municipal Corporations Act, 1933,” the Council 'of the City of Dunedin hereby resolves, so that this resolution may be confirmed at a subsequent meeting of the Council, and operate as a Special Order, that that parcel of land containing 5.6 l perches more or less, situated in the City of Dunedin, Township of Caldervillc, being Part Lot 62.
