Pilot-officer Norman Mervyn Kebbell Kirkcaldie, R.N.Z.A.F., missing on air operations; mother, Mrs N. The Minister of Defence (Mr Jones) announced the following casualty to a New Zealand rating serving with the Royal Navy who was wounded during an action with enemy aircraft;—Signalman Clarence Singleton, R.N.V.R.; father, Mr J.
