TORPEDOED BY BRITISH BOMBER
(By Radio.) • LONDON, March 27. The Air Ministry reports that a Beaufort 'of the Bomber Command dived through the mist and attacked a German supply ship of 6,000 tons, which was creeping along' the Belgian coast. The crew were taken hy surprise, and had not time to fire a shot before the Beaufort’s aerial torpedo hit the ship, which sank immediately.
