OPEN DELIVERY POINTS ARRANGED WINNIPEG, March 26. (Received March 27, at 9.15 a.m.) The -Canadian Wheat Board to-day announced tliat a large number of snipping points in Western Canada had been designated as open delivery points underlie board’s wheat delivery quota. At the stations designated open deliyerv points complete delivery of. the remainder of the marketable surplus of the 1940 crop will be permitted. The board also announced that the delivery quotas had been increased to 25 bughels a seeded acre at a large number of western stations. ™
