A CONSIDERABLE FORGE LONDON, March 12. (Received March 13, at 1 p.m.) The ‘ Daily Telegraph ’ says that information reaching official quarters in London shows that German assistance to the Italian forces in North Africa is now being extended well beyond stiffening tne Italian air force. The German army has established a force of at least three divisions, one of which is a modern mechanised division.
