BLENHEIM, March 12. The following officers were elected at the annual conference of tho United Fire Brigades Association: —President, ■Mr H. L. "Warner (Hawera) ; viceMessrs "W. H. Stokes (New Brighton) and R. Henderson (Hastings) ; treasurer, Mr C. A. Osborne (Onehunga). • Tho next conference was allotted to Westport. ' The question as to whether demonstrations,. should be held during the war period was left to tfie executive.
