LONDON, February 21.—The Associated Press Belgrade correspondent reports that columns of German motorised units are moving southward across Rumania towards the Danube frontier with Bu Igaria. The general staff of Germany's Balkan army simultaneously moved from Bucharest to Craiova. The Ankara radio stated that the recent German and Italian discussions have given the Gormans full command of the Italian fleet. A Rhineland paper states that Admiral IRaeder and Admiral Riccardi held a conference concerned with offensive plans against the British Fleet. D.J.C. RACKS. Wild Career was first into the straight from Straightdel. Trench Fight, Wardress. and Schoolgirl.
