GERMAN LINE'S AMBITIONS DISCOURAGED RIO DE JANIERO, December 2. (Received December 3, at 1.30 p.m.) Brazil has notified the German-con-trolled Condor Air Line that the time is inopportune for the transatlantic service it sought to establish.
