MOSGIEL COURT

At the monthly sitting of the Mosgiel Court yesterday, the following eases were dealt with hv Mr J. 1!, Barthuloiiiov, 5.31. Judgment hv default was given for J. IS. Turnbull in a claim against 31.

D. Harvey, for goods supplied, £2 l”s, with costs (£1 6s Cd). Janet Stevenson was fined 10s and costs (10s) for allowing cattle to wander on the road at Owhiro.

James Arthur Wilson was fined £2 and costs (Ills) for speeding; and Ding Chew Cheung, for not having a warrant of fitness was fined 10s and costs (11s).
