MAJOR-GENERAL RUSSELL
TO VISIT SOUTHERN COMMAND UNITS [Per United Press Association.] WELLINGTON, November 7. Major-general Russell, InspectorGeneral of the Forces, will leave Wellington to-morrow for Christchurch to commence a visit of the unite of the Southern Command, mainly those of class 2, National Reserve. He will visit the principal South Island centres, returning to Wellington on November 20.
