GREEK ADVANC E RESUMED. LONDON, November 6.—The Athens correspondent of the Associated Press says Greek artillery is shelling Korea from the heights six miles southward of the city. It is reported from Ohrid, .in Yugoslavia, that the Greeks have captured a bridge on the BochlistaKorca road over the Dcvoli River. The Greek advance thereabouts was resumed after consolidating their positions beyond Bechlista. The attack continued throughout the night. Successive waves of Italian planes bombed Fiorina between 4 a.m. and 8 a.m. to-day. Heavy damage is reported. It is authoritatively stated that Greek fighters shot down six of 20 Italian bombers 40 miles southward of Salonika. LADIES’ GOLF. The Wellington ladies’ provincial golf championship semi-finals resulted :—Mrs Cook (Wanganui) beat Miss Dell (Wanganui) 5 and 4; Miss Nutt (Christchurch) beat Miss Duncan (Wanganui) at the nineteenth.—Press Association.
