RAVENSBOURNE BOATING CLUB
The above club will open its season on Saturday afternoon, when two races will be held. The first one will be for the Cowio Cup," for 14-footers and larger boats, three times round the club’s channel course. The other race will be for the Shamrock_ Cup, open to all boats under 14ft. It will include Takapuna and Idlealong class boats and will he sailed twice round the channel course. A motor launch will be in attendance to take children for a spin on the harbour.
