THEOSOPHICAL SOCIETY
Last evening Mrs J. M'Ewan spoke eft ' Sound and Colour,’ showing the inter* relation between feeling, colour, and sound. People unconsciously recognise this_ inter, relation when they speak of “looking at life through rose-coloured spectacles, seeing red, true blue." Sose-red down to tfca palest pink signifies glowing warmth, of attention; white is the origin of all colour, while black is its negation. All the sounds of Nature reproduce unseen colour in vary* ing forms. The speaker illustrated tha magic of hells with their different effect* an the human aura of feeling and emotion.
