The Greater World Mission held its anniversary services and birthday social evening when the Rev. Gertruda Brooks outlined the progress of the church and its work among the people who needed spiritual food. Community singing, games, songs, pianoforte solos, and recitations were included in the programme, and during the evening the Rev. G. Brooks was presented with a bouquet of-tulips and a pair of crystal vases as a token ,of appreciation of her services to humanity and to the mission.
