SHOOTING AT BISLEY
SOUTH OTAGO MARKSMAN'S SUCCESS WINS PRINCE OF WALES GOP [Per United Press Association.] AUCKLAND, October 25. The Prince of Wales Cup for rifle shooting at the famous Bisley range was won bv Company Sergeant-major A. J. Boag, a member of the Second Echelon. The cup was presented in 1908 by King George V„ then Prince of Wales, for competition within the Empire, and this is the first New Zealand success. Company Sergeant-major Boag, who is married, with two children, lived at Edievale, South Otago, where he was a member of a rifle club. He left New Zealand with the rank of sergeant.
