PATRIOTIC COUNCILS
CONFERENCE OF SECRETARIES [Pur United Press Association.] WELLINGTON, August 20. The secretary of the National Patriotic Fund Board announced today a decision to hold a conference of soeretariecs of the 11 provincial patriotic councils in Wellington on September 12. The Governor-General (Viscount Galway) will bo present at the opening of the conference, which will discuss the question of a Dominion campaign for provincial funds and general matters of interest to provincial councils.
