“TOMMIES” IN ICELAND,—The occupation of Iceland by the British Troops was received with great satisfaction by the Icelanders, celebrations, including a national holiday, being proclaimed for the whole population The occupation by the British has no comparison with occupation by the Naas, which is something detested by all peoples. These Icelandic sportsmen and women are seen taking part in the sports held to celebrate the national holiday at Reykjavik, after the British occupation.
