ESCAPEE FROM BORSTAL
Cyril Albert Dixon, a young man aged 20, escaped from the Borstal Institution at 3.15 this afternoon. He is described as having a sallow complexion, with dark brown hair and grey-blue eyes. His height is sft lOin. When he'effected his escape he was wearing blue trousers, a green sports coat, a blue gaberdine raincoat, a blue shirt, and blue silk scarf.
