DIGGERS’ DAY TO-MORROW

The 194.0 season of Dunedin community sings commences to-morrow in the Strand Theatre at noon, and will he relayed by 4YO while 4YA is broadcasting Daventry news and weather report. Tho whole of the proceeds are for tho Otago Patriotic Fund, and members of the Returned Soldiers’ Association are assisting Mr H. P. Desmoulins (leader) and Air Alf Pettitt (at the piano). Mr J M. White, immediate past president, R.S.A.. will say a few words. Airs M‘ln tyro, who has charge of the stall, will bo pleased to receive flowers, ote. Donations and cheerios can be sent to Air J. F. Hamburg.
