REPERTORY SOCIETY'S SUPPER

The committee of the Repertory Society entertained the cast of ‘ People at Sea ’ and all those who had helped in any way towards the success of this latest production, after the final performance on Saturday night at an enjoyable supper party in the Somerset Lounge of the Savoy. A log fire and bright autumn leaves made a cheery atmosphere. In her speech of thanks to all concerned Mrs Richard Hudson (president) made particular reference to the difficult work of the Selection Committee. Mr L. Jack, on behalf of the cast, spoke appreciatively of the co-operation which had existed between the cast and the producer (Miss Bessie Thomson), to which Miss Thomson made reply. Mrs Hudson was attired in a handsome gown of black lace, worn with a mink coat, and Miss Thomson wore a black marocain with sash of emerald green.
