BUYERS STILL ACTIVE CmiNIERT STOCKS QUIETER Tkar* W*a again a strong inquiry for ,* large number of Dominion shares on the Dunedin Stock Exchange this morning, but no buainma occurred on change. The inquiry for Government loans fell away slightly, but those which wore quoted renuinau unchanged. A snte of- National Banka was reported at £2 fis 6d, but sellers - still sought £2 7s 6d on the call. Similarly. a .aloof South Otago Freezings at £5 6a did ; not see an increase on buyers quotations of £5. Loan and agency, miscellaneous, brewery, and mining share* remained steady.
