MANY WOMEN STUDENTS Ptem Association—By Telegraph—Copyright MOSCOW, March 16. Nearly one-third of the students admitted to Soviet marine schools last year were women. . The Marine Commissariat says it is employing ,an increasing number of women as navigators, engineers, ana traffic managers, thus releasing men for the navy.
