BRITAIN AND JAPAN
NO AGREEMENT ON TIENTSIN SILVER QUESTION (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, March 15. (Received Manali 16, at 11.55 a.m.) The Foreign Office denied that an agreement had been reached on the Tientsin silver question. The denial followed reports from Tokio purporting to give an account of a conversation yesterday between the British Ambassador and Mr Arita.
