“ Knitter.”—A very pretty knitted pleating can bo made by knitting four plain, four purl for about an inch or as wide as you desire. To go right round the front of the jacket you would have to pub on a great number of stitches, so that it would be best to knit the pleating in sections of about 100 stitches and then join together; the joining will not show at all.
