RUSSIANS EVACUATING DATUM CITY WITHIN RANGE OF TURKISH ARTILLERY ANKARA, March 13. Reports from the Caucasus state that the Russians are evacuating all women and children from Batura, which is within range of Turkish artillery. TURKEY S DETERMINATION WILL FIGHT IF RUSSIA MOVES ANKARA, March 13. (Received March 14, at 1.36 a.m.) • The supreme war council concluded its meeting- and ' announced ■ that the situation was entirely satisfactory. The Ankara correspondent of the Associated Press says that he is authorised to declare that Turkey is ready to pit her utmost military strength against Russia if the Soviet, after her Finnish triumph, attempted to gain concessions affecting the, Dardanelles.
