ASHES ARRIVE AT PLYMOUTH (British Official Wireless.) Press Association—Bv Telegraph—Copyright RUGBY,'February 25. (Received February 27, at 12.5 p.m.) The casket containing the ashes of Lord Twecdsmuir were landed at Plymouth from a British warship. There a naval guard of honour with rifles reversed, Lord Tweedsmuir’s two sons, and the Lord Mayor of Plymouth were waiting at the quayside.
