EXPLOSIVE PLANT WRECKED TWO PEOPLE KILLED Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright NEW YORK, February 22. Two people were killed and 14 injured when a series of explosions wrecked seven buildings at the Triumph Explosives Incorporated plant at Elkton, Maryland, at which army ordnance experts were testing a powerful new explosive. Company officials discount the possibility of sabotage, but G-men arc making an investigation.
