The first grade matches commenced last Saturday will be continued. At the North Ground the game between Grange and Old Boys is at an interestin gstage, Grange having scored 125 whilst Old Boys have lost seven wickets for 99. In the match between_ Carisbrook B and Kaikorai at Carisbrook the latter is in a commanding position, having disposed of Carisbrook for 8l runs, whilst the hill team has scored 148 for four wickets. Carisbrook A is ing stage, Grange having scored 125, at Carisbrook. Dunedin and Albion both made 47 in the first innings last Saturday. Play will commence at 1.30.
