to-night’s ‘ Gazette.’ The new order replaces the agricultural . workers’ order, 1938, and • the new rates of wages will be effective from February; 1. The remainder of the provisions became operative after the publication of the ‘ Gazette.’ The new order amends various other general provisions, mainly affecting hours and annual holidays, and extends to orchard workers the provisipns of the Agricultural Workers’ Act in respect of under-rate workers and accommodation, the keeping of time and wages books, etc, _
