SIX MAJOR PRIZES TO NORTH ISLAND
£IOO TO DUNEDIN TICKET HOLDER ART UNION DRAWN [Pen United Press Association.] WELLINGTON, February 16. A feature of the drawing of the “ Too Good to Miss ” Art Union tonight was the good fortune of the ticket holders in the North Island. Of the seven main prizes, the first six went to the North Island. The seventh prize was won by a Dunedin ticket holder. Sergeant A. E. Kearton, who represented the police, was stationed in Napier till six months ago. _ He drew the marble for the first prize, which was won by W. Casson, To Awanga road, Napier. The following are the results:— First prize, £2,000, 17698, W. Casson, Te Awanga road, Napier. Second prize, / £I,OOO, 68759, “No Luck,” 94 Keith street, Wanganui. Third prize, £SOO, 104647, “ One Good One,” Mount Eden road, Auckland. Fourth prize, £4OO, 106399, “ Kumara,” care of Pier Hotel, Wellington. Fifth prize, £3OO, 14948, “ Farland Two Bills,” Wainui House, Upper Symonds street, Auckland. Sixth prize, £200,.34260, “I Win,” Box 39, Taumarunui. Seventh prize, £IOO, 166264, “ Sandy,” Dunedin West. £5 WINNERS.
